This sweepstakes is sponsored by The Wave Deck/HQ Truck Parts ("Sponsor").

Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins on July 30, 2026 and ends on August 2, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of The Wave Deck/HQ Truck Parts, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in the administration of this promotion are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

Participants may enter by completing the official entry form either: Online through the designated sweepstakes form, orIn person at participating truck shows or events by completing an official paper entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate entries may be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:One (1) 20-inch The Wave Deck One (1) set of mounting brackets and standard installation hardware. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $260.00 USD, plus applicable sales tax and standard shipping. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Vehicle Qualification

The prize is intended for qualifying trucks that are compatible with the 20-inch The Wave Deck. Prior to awarding the prize, The Wave Deck will verify the winner's truck make, model, year, and configuration to determine compatibility. If the selected winner's truck is determined to be incompatible with the prize package, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.Installation is not included unless otherwise specified.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.The drawing will take place on or about August 4, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided during entry. If the selected winner: Cannot be contacted; Does not respond within seven (7) days of notification; Is determined to be ineligible; or Declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants The Wave Deck permission to use their name, city/state, truck photographs, and project photos or videos for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.Participation in photos or videos is appreciated but is not required to claim the prize.

Privacy

Information collected through this sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion and may also be used by The Wave Deck to send product updates, promotions, and marketing communications. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Wave Deck, its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Governing Law

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
