At HQ Truck Parts, we stand behind the quality of The Wave Deck. If you need to return your purchase, please review the policy below.

Return Window

The Wave Deck may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the Wave Deck must:

• Be unused

• Be returned in its original condition

Return Shipping

• If your Wave Deck arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong product, HQ Truck Parts will cover the cost of return shipping.

• For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact HQ Truck Parts within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Refunds

Once the returned Wave Deck is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
